organ, there are three people who have got MBA degree and nine people
who have got bachelor degree. In production and technology area, there
are eighteen people who have got bachelor degree, and sixteen people
who graduated from special training school. All the workers have reached

and development. According to the needs of our corporation, some professional
personnel in high administrative organ and in technical management are
selected to be trained in colleges and universities to learn new knowledge
every year. Our corporation has also established its own training base
with colleges and universities to train all the personnel in rotation
and to improve their quality so that they will have a new concept, healthy
mentality ,excellent morality, a supple mind, initiative spirit and

existence and development. Our corporation had invested much capital
